Losing It

As I sit here creating this blog, I'm eating potato chips and onion dip. Rational or not, I'm pigging out through January 1st. Mom and I recommit to Weight Watchers on Tuesday, Jan. 2, after our New Years Day Open House.

I've begun a Google Spreadsheet that should update automatically with my weekly progress. It's at the bottom of every page (I think!)

I started Weight Watchers a year ago at 205 pounds, and lost 30 pounds in the first 6 months. Stopped following the plan and maintained a weight of 175-180 through the middle of December. I'm not weighing myself until Tuesday, but I'm projecting a new starting weight of around 185.

I'm not actually going to meetings. My mom is going, and we will follow the plan together. We'll be doing the Core Plan.

My initial goal weight is 165, at which point I'll reƫvaluate.
