Lunch:
- sushi (1 pt. for rice)--california roll (no mayo), two shrimp, tamago
- small sample of fried fish at supermarket (1 pt.)
Dinner:
- green salad with grilled chicken
- small baked yam with small pat butter (1 pt.)
Note: I started off behind today with only the banana for breakfast. I had forgotten I needed to go somewhere with mom, and had to eat on the run. At lunch, all I wanted to do was gobble up the bowl of rice that came on the side of mom's meal, but I knew I'd eaten enough. Now, after dinner, I still feel famished, but I'm drinking water and waiting, hoping the feeling goes away. If not, I'll add in a snack.
It's eye-opening at the start of a diet to be reminded that most people feel hungry before a meal, and that this is normal.
