Meals and Notes 01/07/07

Ate out with Mom and Jerry and Dylan this morning, and knew I had plenty of points to spare. I made sensible choices, removed the cheese from my breakfast burrito, ate less than 1/4 of the tortilla, and only half of the potatoes. Yay me! I'm counting a lot of points for the fat in the potatoes, but except for that I did a great job, and have plenty of points to spare for later today and tomorrow!

Breakfast:
  • breakfast burrito with shredded beef, onions, scrambled egg, cilantro, and a chipotle salsa (1 pt.)
  • home fries cooked in some kind of oil (4 pts.)
  • small orange juice (contrary to WW rules, I don't count points for a small juice, because the alternative is that I would have NO fruit--if that stops working for me [if I don't lose weight] I will change that)
Lunch:
  • grape nuts with banana and nonfat milk
Dinner:
  • 2 shrimp tacos - 2 shells (2 pts.), salsa, shrimp, lettuce, scallion, avocado, lowfat cheese (1 pt.)
Snack:
  • popcorn
