- breakfast burrito with shredded beef, onions, scrambled egg, cilantro, and a chipotle salsa (1 pt.)
- home fries cooked in some kind of oil (4 pts.)
- small orange juice (contrary to WW rules, I don't count points for a small juice, because the alternative is that I would have NO fruit--if that stops working for me [if I don't lose weight] I will change that)
- grape nuts with banana and nonfat milk
- 2 shrimp tacos - 2 shells (2 pts.), salsa, shrimp, lettuce, scallion, avocado, lowfat cheese (1 pt.)
- popcorn
