Meals and Notes 1/10/09

Breakfast:
  • was busy this morning and forgot to eat

Lunch:
  • 2 shrimp tacos (shrimp, salsa, taco shells, lowfat cheese, lowfat sour cream, avocado) 4 pts.
Dinner:
  • whole wheat spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan (2 pts.)
