Meals and Notes 01/02/07


Breakfast:
  • smoothie made with banana, mixed berries, non-fat yogurt and soy protein powder--1 pt. for powder

Lunch:
  • albondigas soup (lean beef, tomatoes, beef broth, onions, brown rice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, cayenne)--Core
Note: am suffering from a cold and haven't drunk enough water yet today, and am sleeping a lot. Off to drink a glass of water and take another nap.

Dinner:
  • whole wheat couscous--Core
  • green salad with carrots, onion, avocado and vinaigrette--Core

Snack(s):
  • leftover smoothie
  • 94% fat free kettle corn
